Welcome to Messages - Text SMS Message (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Permissions and Data Access

  2. SEND_SMS – Send messages from the app.

  3. WRITE_SMS – Store messages locally.

  4. RECEIVE_SMS / RECEIVE_MMS – Detect incoming messages.

  5. READ_CONTACTS – Access contacts for messaging and calls.

  6. CAMERA – Capture photos for messages.

  7. READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO – Access media files for attachments.

  8. POST_NOTIFICATIONS – Show notifications.

  9. SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM – Schedule reminders.

  10. FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE – Run services in the foreground.

  11. ACTION_MANAGE_OVERLAY_PERMISSION – Display overlays within the App.

You consent to these permissions by using the App. Disabling certain permissions may limit app functionality.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property
