We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app We collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. Please note that an advertiser may ask Logo Maker to show an ad on the Service to a certain audience of users (e.g., based on demographics or other interests). In that situation, Canva determines the target audience and Canva serves the advertising to that audience and only provides anonymous aggregated data to the advertiser. If you respond to such an ad, the advertiser or ad server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach.

The Logo Maker Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third-party advertisers. Please consult the respective privacy policies of such advertisers or contact such advertisers for more information.

3. Children's privacy protection act compliance
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

a. We'll comply with local laws regarding children's right protection applicable to our product and service (such as Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of the USA). These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. 

b. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA. 

c. Use of the App is limited to users aged 13 years and above, except in European Economic Area, where the App is limited to users aged 16 years and above. If you are accepting this Privacy Policy and using the App, you warrant you are 13 (or 16, depends what is applicable) or more years old.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link or advertisement on our website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. In addition, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for and we do not exercise control over any third parties that you authorize to access your User Content. We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device to provide game-relate information, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages, if you have agreed to such notifications. You can deactivate these notifications by changing your notification settings on your device.

Logo Maker is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable. We haven't any Intention to Copy or use Others Product use and Access in company's Application.

c. This Policy applies to Logo Maker's all Apps. It is our right to change, add, modify, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason. In case of any changes made in the Privacy Policy, we will update the same on the Website. Once posted, those changes are effective immediately, unless stated otherwise. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can follow these steps to cancel/manage your subscription:-
- iOS Users - For subscriptions purchased on Logo Maker iOS, please go to your iOS Settings --> Apple ID --> Subscriptions --> Logo Maker --> Cancel.
- ANDROID Users - For subscriptions purchased on Logo Maker Android, please go to Google Play Store --> Tap on your Profile --> Payments & Subscriptions --> Logo Maker --> Cancel.

Sometimes, it may take a few minutes for the system to update your subscription status after your payment has been processed. Usually, it helps to wait a few minutes or restart the app/refresh the page.
