 Welcome to Gallery - Photo Album Launcher ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us").

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content stored on your device
  • Any photos, videos, and files managed through the App
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, PINs, or other credentials used for Private Vault features
  • Backing up important files before deleting or modifying them

You acknowledge that deletion of media files initiated by you may be irreversible.

4. Private Vault Feature

The App may provide a Private Vault feature to help users secure selected photos and videos.

You understand and agree that:

  • You are responsible for remembering your vault credentials.
  • We do not guarantee recovery of vault content if credentials are lost.
  • We are not responsible for loss of access caused by forgotten passwords, device resets, operating system changes, or user actions.
  • Vault content remains under your control and responsibility.

5. Storage Cleanup and Duplicate Removal

The App may identify duplicate, similar, large, or unwanted files for review.

Before deleting files:

  • Users should verify selected items.
  • Users are solely responsible for confirming deletion actions.
  • We are not liable for accidental deletion of files selected by the user.

We recommend maintaining backups of important media.

6. Permissions

Certain App features require device permissions, including access to photos, videos, storage, and notifications.

If required permissions are denied, some features may not function properly.

The App only uses permissions necessary to provide its intended functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
